Based on what I can see the glass looks like it's gold colored and has been acid etched. That said it could be modern, mid-century, depression, carnival, EAPG, or studio glass...
If you Google, gold colored glass acid etching, and click "Images" you will find all sorts of stuff that could ID your item.
