ASIAN WOOD FIGURES HELP

I am not seeing any marks anywhere on these beautiful wooden  carved figures. Wood looks like teak but again not positive   The subject matter looks Asian maybe Chinese . Any help in identifying anything about them would be greatly appreciated . Thank you ahead of time.   John …See More

VERY UNUSUAL OLD WOOD4N TABLE help

im in love with this piece even thought I am stumped . Underneath the table is a wooden screw piece then when extended enables the table to slant. But way? It’s pretty old and in great condition. Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance John See More
