Xanax? Just kidding! Not easy. The family dislikes that I live online. But being creative is what I am passionate about. So, we all need something that keeps us happy! This is my happiness. Thank you for the compliment! Rita @ TesoroFino.com

Oh, and the plant stand...turns out I'm keeping it. I've found just the right plant and nook for it. I listed it twice at $7.99 and the $10 shipping, and no takers...go figure.

Our store tour is UPDATED each and every month. just bookmark this link to see it's new look. http://greenspotantiques.com/greenspot

As to the planter.... I see it decided to keep you after all.
funny thing about this business is when you offer something for a really low price, it doesn't sell. I had added a note about that on another board here. Ofen we raise prices when an item doesn't sell quickly. You should see the look on customer's face when it's double last week's price - then they really haggle for it and want it.

Glad you enjoyed our lamps. We have a bunch of other mid-century industrial lamps tucked away, awaiting unpacking. We purchased our building last year, renovated it, and moved our 7,000 sq foot store into it (down to about 3,000 right now). We're looking forward to spring when we can fix up the barn and hang all these monsters up for display.

btw: cute plant stand..... didn't sell with $10 shipping? what price? might take you up on that. I can already see it with spaghetti fibre shade and lit, right next to our optometrist's chair..

To the question what do we decide to keep... sorry, it's the THING that decides to keep us. A use pops up for it, and in it goes into our house. It says put me there...
As retailers, we stopped collecting many moons ago, and give our choice stuff out to our customers. That's why they keep coming back, they figure we're poor (seeing the stuff we keep) so they come back to help us out.
(kidding, sort of, I think).
Anyways.... we don't keep antiques, we just borrow them for our lifetime... they will be around long after we're gone.
