Aunt Jemima advertising family of dolls with Aunt Jemima,Uncle Mose, Diana and Wade

I have the Aunt Jemima family of oil cloth dolls with painted on features and clothes. They are all stuffed with old cotton batting including Uncle Mose who is 13 inches tall and is wearing a yellow jacket with blue pin stripe pants with a pocket chain attached to a red vest. He's wearing a blue bow tie and holding a black top hat. Aunt Jemima is 12 inches tall and dressed in a red and white checkered apron dress with a white neckerchief. On her head is a yellow bandanna with red crisscross lines. Written on the bottom of her apron is "Aunt Jemima" with registered trademark symbol. She is holding a piping hot plate of pancakes. Little Diana is 9 inches tall wearing a yellow dress with red sash and a square patch of fabric on her dress. Underneath her dress is red ruffled panties. Her hands are behind her back. Wade is also 9 inches. He is wearing a red and white striped shirt and holding a yellow lollipop. He has on blue denim short frayed at the ends with a blue square patch on one side. He has on cute red and white striped socks. These dolls were given to me over 10 years ago by a woman who worked for the Salvation Army. I am told they come from the 1940's or 50's and can sell for 500 to 600 dollars. Can you give me more information for these dolls. I'm interested in selling them.

hi, I'm really not to sure that your set is worth that. you might get $300. Are you interested in a selling them? I really want just the mailing envelope from the set, I have my grandmothers in the same conditon, although the envelope for aunt jemima that you have isn't original. she had her own envelope too like the others. I'm looking for one of those right now. if you have any more of these type of things please contact me! I will buy many of them, and I will give you a price of what the item is worth! thanks! please email me at tbone_95@ymail.com

I have an original set of Aunt Jemima oil cloth dolls with the original mailing envelope from Aunt Jemima Box D, Chicago 77, Illinois. The envelop comes with Aunt Jemima, Uncle Moses, Wade and Diane that have never been used and are folded up. Uncle moses came in an original blue envelope with his name on the outside, Diana and Wade have their own light pink or beige envelope with their names on it and Aunt Jemima came in an off white envelope with with no name on it. Diane and Wade's envelop have the order form and so does Uncle Moses. Aunt Jemima has no order form. The original mailing envelope for all has the original letter with a reorder form. The mailing envelope that all came in has a little tear at the end. Diana and Wade's envelope is torn at the edge. All else seems alright with this original set and envelopes. I am wondering the value. I have been told the set is worth $500 or 600.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Emilio

Thanks for the interest, but I think I will let them age some more in my corner.

I don't know what the letters are? I was just given the dolls by a neighbor and learned they were an Aunt Jemima antique. The price was a misquote I gathered from a bad source. I am willing to sell them for a reasonable price since Aunt Jemima have a small cut in the seam. I like to keep the family together, but we can make a deal.

HI! Your aunt jemima dolls are not worth $500- $600 I'm sorry. they really only sell for $300 when you find the original box and the letters that came with each doll. If you have letters with them I might buy them. ho much would you want and will you split them up? I'd like the uncle mose.thanks!! :)
