My attraction to carnival glass began at an early age. As a child in the 1970’s, I remember sitting on the carpet of my grandmother’s modest parlor and looking with fascination, at the ruffled blue carnival glass bowl which sat on her coffee table. The iridescent sheen reminded me of bubbles and oil slicks. Many years later when my grandmother passed, a note folded into her will, bequeathed the bowl to me.
