I yesterday went to a thrift store that I used to visit several years ago.   I'd been on eBay for at least 9 years, had only one negative feedback from a buyer about a year ago; it took  me a full year to have my score move from 97 up to 98.9.  A member's eBay feedback score is supposed to be calculated based on the prior 12 month period, however 12 months had passed and the one negative feedback was still affecting my score.  I assumed that the one negative would automatically be deleted after a year however it remained in place.  I called eBay customer support…
