- Tell us about your interest in antiques, collecting and any antique related websites, blogs, businesses.
- I love glass, silver, pottery, metal ware..anything from the Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts period. I sell some of my finds up on my Etsy site when I can part with them. I love vintage Culver Glassware. I have a knack for finding perfectly preserved pieces.
One fo my most prized processions is a small water color painting by the Late Kurt Cobain of Nirvana. It was painted for a dollhouse Kurt and his Grandfather Leland Cobain made for Iris, his grandmother.
In an age where everything made lately is junk I have found a new respect for old good quality pieces of just about everything.

"Rare" is it Really??
I love those words. When I go to Ebay, Ruby Lane or even Etsy where I myself sell, I see these words that shouldn't be used as much as they are.
"Rare" Tell me something, how "rare" or "hard to find" can an item be if just about every other listing is the same piece? That kind of thing bugs me.

hey lorri, sad to say i have many paintings, prints etc will start taking better pics when i have time (this time of year is crazy) collecting is addictive, worse i still have stamps etc and photos and dolls and and and ... i think i should look at selling some of the pieces i like least. i love history and the old stuff is beatiful what can i say. enjoy your day thanks kath
