I'm trying to research a cabinet maker in Lenoir, NC. from the mid 1800's. I have recently acquired a hutch with only a partial label on the back. It reads:
"??????? Furniture Company
Dressers, Chifforobes, Washstands, and Kitchen Cabinets
Lenoir, N.C.
and the number "51" in bold letters.
Can anyone help me out here?

There are 8-10 different Furniture Cos in Lenoir, NC. Open each one and look at their address. You have that info. When you find the right one, you'll know the name.
