German Potatoes:

6 Lbs. Potatoes

1/2 cup vinegar

1 Tbsp. salt

Pepper to taste

1 tsp. diced garlic ( fresh or dried) both work.

1/2 cup oil ( I just use vegetable oil)

1/4 - 1/2 cup diced onions

1 Cup Beef Bouillon (Hot!!)

Boil potatoes, then peel while hot, and slice. Put in vinegar and all other ingredients and mix well.

That's it! And it's fabulous! It's also a very good dish for a "Pot luck" or a bring to share. It works great in crock pots to. :)

I am so glad you created this board. Altough I am off my feet because of a broken hip, I look forward to chatting and contributing. I'll be able to cook one of these days.
