check out schafer vader   i think thats what this might be 

It's Jasperware. Probably a water or milk pitcher. The designs are formed separately in molds, then carefully applied to the pitcher. Wedgwood invented the process, but several other companies did make lovely Jasperware as well, one famous one being Schafer & Vater.  German companies in particular were very good at this art form. 

I'm not familiar with that backstamp, but I'd try Germany, Austria, France and possibly a English competitor of Wedgwood. It shouldn't be that hard to find though. Start with some goggle image searches. When you see other companies wares that look familiar to this, click on them and try to verify your maker. You might try some Antique Porcelain and pottery Facebook groups to. Many talented people in some of those. Good luck to you!
