I would suggest that posting here on "Whadjafind" will get much better and faster responses. The group you joined is too specific to get answers which is why nobody responded to your post back in June.
One name artists are very hard to find. Glass is such a common name with double and triple meanings all related to art. Art glass, glass blowers, glassed, etc. In a national (USA) data base there are 20 different "Glass" artists. http://www.signaturefinder.com/
And there are other data bases too.
As for your painting, my opinion is that the artist was youthful and inexperienced. All the different items in the painting, hills, building, people,etc., are outlined in black. The people have a dead, gaunt look to them due to lack of painting skills. Although cloudy there are few shadows and use of light on lady and building come from different angles.
Even with all the negative, I like the painting. The artist has potential.
