i have this pair of lamps and can not find another set like them on the internet. any info would be great, looking to sell but do not know any value. they have their orig. cords, and both work great. they are heavy, and do know they are made of alabaster. the top which is an eagle looks to be brass and heavy. they both stand 16-1/2" tall. there are no markings at all. so the maker is unknown. any help would be great, thank you.

Hi Randy, I think these are called torpedo or bullet lamps and are from the Art Deco era. Pricing would range according to where you sell these, $190 to $400
You have a pair of Art Deco Alabaster lamps. These are probably from the 1920's and the alabaster is usually carved in Italy. But the lamp bits were usually made here in the USA. We sold these type of lamps from an estate a few years ago for around $150-$200 each. Depending on if they work, damage/Condition etc. Nice find!
