Thanks for sharing that, Deb. I have pics of some pages in my photos. This site is new to me so I'm fumbling around.

I have a scrapbook from 1902 with newspaper articles about President McKinley's assassination. Could anyone offer any information on it or it's value. Thanks.

We really need someone to step forward and take over this group as moderator. We also need more members. Can you help more members and come to the group today and post some articles, photos, discussions. This group needs to be resuscitated.

Yes they are collectible because they are a learning tool. I would not burn them.

FOR SALE: Apprx 490 +/- 1974 Rockefeller for President buttons. I've seen these listed for $11.00 apiece. These were issued 1,000 to a sack; as a consequence most of them have tiny scratches on them. I graded them a few years ago and tossed out about 500 pins. The remaining pins numbered 498 but I've sold 3 or 4 of them. These are in "fair to good" condition. On some pins you will see a film of rust dust. It washes off. None of the pins have rust on them, nor do the pins.
One pin "1 in a thousand" is misprinted.
I am asking $200.00 for all. (that calculates to about 40 cents each). All or none.
