Hello everyone, lets use this thread for introductions, greetings and hello's. First of all my name is Daniel, everyone calls me Danny boy, I will answer to whatever you choose, and just "hey you" will be fine too. With that out of the way lets get down to marbles, knuckles down if you wish as well. Here recently a great group of people has decided to dedicate some of there time to help anyone in identifying marbles of all types, and possibly teach some things as well. That being said, I also admit willingly to being a part of this new great bunch of guys and gal's. We all have a lot of fun looking at pictures and discussing marbles of all walks. The group as a whole is very knowledgeable on just about anything marble, and marble related. If we get stumped, it is just a matter of time till we come up with something. Research is a major part of my method, and we are finding out every day new things, and more pieces to the manufacturing puzzle. There are still lots of pieces to find out there still. I encourage anyone that has any interest in marbles at all to take a shot at taking some pictures and uploading them for identification and discussion as well.
Hey you old sea dog! Hope you had a great Labor Day weekend. Glad you are back at it.
Danny, thank you so much for bringing us to I Antique on Line. We are looking forward to you forming this group into a leader in the whole hobby. So far, we are just kind of wandering around learning the mechanics of the site. I have a list of questions to ask about this. Both Robb and Paul have done much better than I and they IDed the first marble.
GW, Donnie, and now Marlo are on their way. More pics are on their way.
