I bought this pretty glass several years ago. The tag had the company name and pattern number on it, but the cashier removed it at time of purchase and I didn't realize it until later. I have long since forgotten. Any ideas? It was suppose to be a "hard to find" piece. Thanks. Measures approx 7 3/4" H
The stem looks almost identical to the ones on some glasses I have that are Fostoria in the Rose Point pattern, but the etching is not a match. Me being so new to glass collecting I'm really no help at all but I'm confident someone on here will recognize it. Its a very lovely piece. BTW, replacements.com has some photo examples of lots and lots of crystal if you have the time and patience to search through them all. That site has been very helpful in helping me identify the pieces I've been buying recently. It's also nice that they give the prices for the items they still have available, so you can get an idea of the value.
Hi Beth, Thank you for your comments and kind reply. Yes, Replacements certainly have been a great reference source. I thought this might be Rose Point, but wasn't sure and thought Vickie, or someone here would know for certain. I just added the height of the glass. It was nice to make your acquaintance.
Thanks again. Check out this link.
Wow I had way too much wine last night. I see I wrote Fostoria instead of Cambridge LOL
:)...Your stem sure looks like mine. I have a little knowledge in Fenton, and even less in Heisey but pretty much a babe on everything else. I have a lot of glass and hope with the help of others, to get it all organized with proper names.
