Antique Alley of Bridgeville in lower Delaware, over 70 dealers in 20,000 square feet. Would appreciate any likes on Facebook as well as any input from others who are trying to get attention to their antiques malls for free or at a low cost. Our website is: http://www.antiquealleyde.com/
Thanks!
Thanks Deanna:
I read your profile and your level of marketing for your booth is amazing. Thanks for writing back. My first question regards targeting your social media messages based on who your customers are. I can understand how, if you are in a shop full time, you would know who your customers are. However, in the case of an antique mall, if you're a vendor but you're not there every day, how can you target a specific type of shopper when you don't know who they are (for example, women between the ages of 35 and 55 who like mid-century modern and who spend more time perusing Pinterest than Facebook)? In our mall, each vendor receives an itemized report at the end of each month that lists all items sold from their both. However, we have no way of knowing who these customers are. The mall maintains a wish list and shoppers are asked to leave contact information and let us know if they are looking for something specific or if they are collectors of certain types of items. Vendors can check this list from time to time, but otherwise, I don't know how to get a better picture of who my potential customers are. Currently we have a Facebook page and an Instagram account for our booth but not a website yet. The mall, however, has a website and a Facebook page and it advertises. We're building an audience but it is still has a way to go (so far, 751 likes on Facebook). Thanks again for any advice you can offer.
Welcome Steve to Antique Malls.
Hope you will add your favaorite images of Antiques Mallss etc.
