What would be a reasonable price to ask for an oak roll-top desk?
Rather large (dimensions in photo). It was made by the Standard Furniture Company in Herkimer, NY. When I bought it used in 1972, I paid $100 (that's $650 in today's money). It came with a rolling chair, wooden wastebasket (not in photos) and bookcase (bookcase has glass sliding doors not shown). I've been advertising it for sale on local online antique sites for $600. Only got 2 nibbles, but neither followed up on it. Should I drop the price? If so, how much?
