Help needed to identify a plate with hieroglyphs

Hello Olga.

I am not an expert but at first sight your plate looks like japanese Arita porcelain althogh the characters on the bottom are chinese Ming dynasty Chenghua mark (1465-1487). In this page there are some examples:
