Cool, Thanks Vicki. One day selling time will come. We have maybe 30-40 pieces not pictured.
Wow, Mom's got quite a nice collection! Just one thing, if your gonna try ebay/etsy, you might want to use the category or "tag" name of "Gaudy Dutch, Gaudy Welsh" as well. When I sold Imari, there seem to be more collectors under those headings. I think there is a small difference between them, but it's not terribly clear to me. Perhaps Mom knows? I don't remember if I'd looked it up in the past. I spent 6 days in ICU, and other 4 in crappy hospital recently. Since then my short term memory is not as sharp. Grr. I'm working on it though! :)
Beautiful Lakeside! I would love to see your before and after pics. The blue one is stunning!
We just received this large Imari plate for restoration which is really in a bad shape. Several very old repairs and some missing pieces which will be made from fired porcelain (we take impression and fire). If we see an interest, we'll document the full restoration process and post - please let us know if interested. See the most recent Imari item restored - before and after below (more before and after restoration pictures)

Hi Charm and Lundy - That charger is not Imari nor is it old. That is Chinese repro of the original Chinese Export porcelain that was once king in England and elsewhere in the UK.
A good source for old Imari markings and some for original Export porcelain is at kovels.com and better yet it's FREE! :)
Good question: anyone have a link to a definitive Imari marks site? We have a few dozen pieces.
