No one in the family smokes, but my adult son worked in a large tobacconist's in his university days and now has a collection of some 400 or so briars and a scattering of meerschaums. Thanks for providing the titles of some reference books! I've acquired a Dunhill 1931 Canadian patent inner-tube pipe in great shape for which I'd like to get info. >>> Michael
