Help Needed

Can anyone tell me what kind of glass this is ? Set of Salt & Pepper Shakers , dark blue opaque , looks a little like slag glass, unmarked, tops look new or never used which is probably the case knowing where I got these from. What is the shape of the bottle called too ? thanks

Blue Slag - but how "new" are the lids? They might be repro's - any markings?
