After getting my Roseville vase I wasn't expecting anything that could compare today, but this sure was a close second. It's a large 13" "Royal Haeger" Acanthus leaf vase in a caramel color glaze that starts out shiny at the top and goes matte at the base. It did have a small chip that at least was carefully glued back and doesn't really show up that much. The bottom still has most of it's flocked table protector with all the info in gold still clearly legible. A really imposing piece ! -Mike-

"Royal Haeger" is better than "Haeger" pottery - so that is good news! I've not checked the market lately, but I know the last few times we had their wares they went un-sold. I don't really know why either?

But, I think it's very nice, and I'm sure you got it for a great price!

Yes, I don't understand it either, I know they're not really valuable but they're nice pieces . I'm still on the lookout for one of the TV top lights or planter "black panthers". That's gonna cost me I know. I had one get away from me a couple months ago. They wanted way too much..lol.
