A nice find last week at a local farmers/flea market: A 11.5" high ironstone water pitcher by Johnson Brothers Royal Ironstone, England. No cracks, chips or hairlines. Inside some yellow lines caused by water standing too long, not visible from front. Very fine crazing throughout, normal for this pottery, especially when as old as this, made prior to 1913.

Now seeking the BOWL/BASIN that goes with it. See pattern closeup. I saw one on e-you-know-where for $54.** BIN but the pattern is not identical.

So the call is still out there for the matching wash bowl/basin.

A bowl was found around the house as seen in image but it's not a true match, just a nice go-with for the time being. Was the right size, color and style except it's a/ made in Indonesia for Princess House, Vintage Garden pattern, and b/ has cracks at the bottom (repaired by in-house expert as in my D.H.), a rim chip, and a floral pattern. (This poor bowl really got it bad in any of the last three moves, can't tell which one.) It also never had its pitcher and I am not seeking it although it's available/around. With the damaged bowl it's not worth bothering.

Thanks for any tips and input!

Update: Am still looking for the matching bowl to the above Johnson Brothers Royal Ironstone pitcher. While on this quest I came across an auction for the Vintage Garden by Princess House water pitcher to go with the (repaired) wash basin I have. Of course not being able to stop there, I bought the pitcher AND the perfectly fine condition wash basin that matches it! The repaired PH Vintage Garden wash basin is still under the Johnson Brothers pitcher until it finds its true mate. An image of the true mate to is shown below too.

Below is an image of the bowl I seek, pattern showing well on it.
