I have a thing about vintage 40-50 clothes but only have a few items. I love to find and sell and collect vintage patterns.........its brings the past to live......anyone else selling and are you doing well or just hanging in there.....what do you think the interest is now......???

Hi.  I love vintage patterns, sew with them, and I also sell them as one aspect of my antiques business.  Actually they sell quite well for me.  The hardest part is parting with them LOL

I sell Them also. I do Ok with them, I also sell newer Patterns and Fabrics too. Business goes up and down.  I have an enormous stock of both patterns and fabric, so I am saying Go forth and prosper! Or... Well... Figure out how to purchase another storage building. LOL

 I have several bins of vintage patterns! I adore the children's graphics and I wish I was a seamstress. I kept thinking I would list them or use in mixed media art pieces...If not complete pieces in them.  I found a  garage sale yesterday where I got even more but mostly adult.  I also found a plastic bin of spools of thread and fringed trims! Just all kinds of notions  were available as the owner had a sewing shop! These are some I have had before and in my bins.Smiles, Cyndi

  So what do the old patterns sell for?  My mother had a huge collection.  Unfortunately I gave aboujt half of them to goodwill. To bad she let me play WITH THE PAPERDOLLS lol.  

I PROBALLY HAVE 200O OR SO BUTTONS FROM THE 50'S  TO THE 70'S
