Now that we are in the midst of winter, sunlight is a welcome commodity! Today, it's not visible because the snow is coming down hard. But, eventually...it will burst out and be even brighter because of the white terrain.
Sunlight coming into our vintage cottages is so beautiful. Do you have a favorite window? Corner in a room where sunlight bathes everything? Lacy curtains that diffuses the light into a stunning decor scene? Share!

A real Interior Decorator shows off sunlit rooms. By Cottage Haven Interiors
It's a painting but perfectly illustrates the impact of sunlight in a vintage cottage!
Out here in Colorado, we got dumped on royally with more than enough snow yesterday! Makes this topic even more appealing: Sunlit Cottage. In the midst of winter...a peek of sunshine filtering into the vintage cottage for your morning tea!
Here's a sunlit chaise...in an adorable cottage style setting.
Not sure what area this sunlit room is...bedroom? Sun porch? Living room with day bed? But the decor is stunning with the added olive tree and old crates! Check out Wishful Thinking to see more photos and read the details!
The beauty of spring! Vibeke Design
Even though we are merging into springtime and sun light is not as high a commodity, I couldn't pass this cottage bedroom photo up! Beautiful sunshine...in a vintage cottage bedroom.
We are not in the "midst" of winter even though it was 14 degrees on our outside thermometer this morning. Sunlight is definitely a welcome sight and having it pour into a vintage cottage window as in this bed nook...is beautiful!
Nothing like sunlight coming into a predominately white cottage kitchen!
Sunshine reflecting off the snow, is the brightest of all. Big kitchen windows in a vintage cottage, is the best of all.
In our VINTAGE COTTAGE GROUP, share your favorite photo of a Sun-Lit Cottage to warm us up on this snowy, winter day! :)
