royal Trico pedistal bowl/ compote?

so what would you call this ?

pedistal bowl, compote?

the crazing is only on the bottom

price? $10. more or less?

I believe this to be a pre-WWII Art Deco compote/comport, although it kind of looks like it might have had a lid or something else that sat on top of it, such as a matching flower frog of some sort.  There is quite a bit of glaze loss on the rim, but even with that I would think it should be in the $20's rather than the $10's.
