Corkscrew collectors admit, with minimal prodding, that they are in the game partly for the opportunity to make puns.“We’re just screwy, that’s all,” said Donald A. Bull, the author of books including “Figural Corkscrews” and “Corkscrew Patents of Japan,” in a recent phone interview. He added, “It’s all part of our twisted life.”
