I'm always curious about others opinions on advertising and preferred online sales sites....please do chime in!

I began selling on Ebay in 1997. It was wonderful, to say the least. I rarely sell via Ebay anymore. I had the store but would also sell on LiveDeal, Ruby Lane, PlunderHere, I-Offer and MSN Live. I found Ebay to be the best initially but now I truly enjoy eCrater.

Thanks for the invite Zane. I don't really collect or sell much - busy working. I picked up a few pieces several years ago and after my husband passed away I got started checking into the pieces and what they're worth. I have a very rare set of the Cameo pink depression glass salt and pepper shakers and have been researching the best way to sell them. Been advised not to go to ebay so i'm just learning all I can right now and trying to decide what I want to do with what I have.

Thanks for the invitation. I mostly deal in carnival and crystal glass. I sell on Feebay, Ecrater and have my own website. I do this mainly part time but I really enjoy learning about antiques. I am sitting at my desk with a plaster bust of Geronimo (circa 1809) and am just wondering what I will do with him.

Zane - I recently found a site called bondandbowery.com. I used ebay (and still do from time to time) however I found the descriptions and the merchandise entirely different. I get the bandbowery.com listings weekly. I don't sell or list on the site, but the dealers I've talked to seem nice and certainly reputable. Good luck!

Hey Zane,
Thank you for the friendly invite. We traveled across the US when we got married and New Mexico is beautiful. Somehow we ended up in Maine a very different kind of beautiful. Rock on with the antiques, we are also 12 full time year dealers, we are slightly daffy and do only antiques and support our family of three and many four and two legged creatures. Feel free to find some treasures and I am happy to wholesale with quantitys. Hope to get to know you.

Zane, thanks for the invite. Love the art. I'll check our locals for the basket ID books. I've been selling online about 13 years but off and on. Presently have Cyberattic store and the E. Have my own sight but haven't had time to fine tune it yet. Still praying for 38 hour days to get my work done and 70 degree weather...lol.
