i have in my possession an antique egyptian bracelet. it is hallmarked to 1935, made in cairo. the appraisal papers are as follows;
"one hand made 7" silver granulation and filigree estruscan styled bracelet. the bracelet is made with thirteen individual strands of bead styled chains. the bracelet is set with the following; three 10 X 8mm chrysophase (light green chalcedony), cabochon cut and bezel set."
on a side note, each individual chain is hallmarked with the assay, both pins to open the bracelet have the same mark and the front and back of the face are hallmarked with all three markings; assay, silver mark and date code.
it has been appraised at 1500.00 canadian.
