Do you have a picture of the whole bowl that you are looking to identify? Actually, it looks like a relish...maybe Waverly by Heisey as a blank? It's hard to tell from the pic. But if you have a pic of the entire item and can identify the blank, it's easier then to find out which etches were generally made on the blank and you can go from there.
