I Antique Online

A Community For People Who Buy, Sell or Collect Antiques, Collectibles and Art

I have inherited several containers of bark cloth that my late brother-in-law collected. There are piece goods and draperys that I think he was going to use for decorator pillows etc. I do not have any interest in the fabric and wondered how to determine its value as well as sell it.

I would appreciate it if anyone can steer me in the right direction.

Hi Linda!
Here is a great barkcloth reference site to see if you have any of the great patterns:
check out the vintage barkcloth group on this site. Post photos of your barkcloth so we can see and give our
opinions of age. For value you can compare different online shops. People here may give opinions of value privately through the email here, so post on the vintage barkcloth site.
Take care, Diane
