Someone has kindly donated a collection of 13 vintage cameras to our local charity shop, and they have asked me to sell them on consignment. When I first saw them, I thought they were mostly junkers, but having cleaned the dust off the covers, they turn out to be really very good. One or two have cover damage, but nearly all the internals are excellent.
I've prepared the first three for sale - one has cover damage, the other two are pretty good. They are an age progression of Kodak cameras, starting with the No.1A Autographic Junior which dates 1914-1927. The next model is the No.2A Model B Hawke Eye, dating from 1926-1934. Then there's the Kodak Junior Six-16, dating from 1935 to 1937. All folding cartridge cameras.
I'm looking forward to seeing where else this collection takes us.
