Baseball cards are both a link to your past and a good source of money. There are numerous, "antique" baseball cards available or in storage in peoples' garages, basements, attics, and closets. I remember when I was growing up and how I enjoyed collecting baseball cards. I would buy packs and packs of them just hoping to get that Babe Ruth rookie card. I would spend hours sorting them by team name or into alphabetical order. At the time I did not really think much of it but now I look back and realize how much fun that was and how many great cards I have in my collector's boxes and albums.
Now if you want to relieve that fun experience of your childhood, next time you go home or next time you go to wherever your stash of baseball cards are, rummage through them a little bit and see what you can find. You might find some baseball cards worthy of being put in those nice plastic or glass cases. There are many websites now that offer full indices of values for all brands of cars. Although some sites might require a small fee to use, it might be worth it depending on how many cards you have. Feel free to add comments and talk about what you find at www.iantiqueonline.com.
