As I'm not exactly an expert in lighting is there anyone out there with a relative idea on how to differenciate between Tiffany, Lenox, and Quoizel in the lamp industry? Quoizel starting manufacturing in Manhattan in 1930 and worked in conjunction with both Lenox and Tiffany but other than hopefully finding these markings on the lamps how do you recognize the genuine Tiffany Lamp instead of a Tiffany Quoizel combonation? Or the Lenox Quoizel Combo? Did each company have to sign the name to the lamp and the shade for it to be definite?
