Glass embellishment identificatio help

I have searched all over to find out what this type of glass is called so any help would be wonderful. I saw one place in England where it was called sugar glass but can not find the term used anywhere else. The shade is hand blown and the embellishment is tiny glass.…See More

Based on what I can see the glass looks like it's gold colored and has been acid etched. That said it could be modern, mid-century, depression, carnival, EAPG, or studio glass...

If you Google, gold colored glass acid etching, and click "Images" you will find all sorts of stuff that could ID your item.
