About Me
I am a vintage jewelry and clothing aficionado.

I am also a silversmith, and member of the "American Society of Jewelry Historians" and the "Vintage Fashion Guild".

I began selling online in 1994 (when the web was still a baby, lol), and began selling on eBay in 1997.

I currently sell on Etsy, so be sure to visit me at www.etsy.com/shop/metroretrovintage

Metro Retro Vintage replied to NoseyRose Antiques's discussion Can't make out this mark- or what this 'metal' is? in the group Whadja Find? Ask Us! Identification and Evaluation
"Nice fob.  It's not any single metal, but an alloy -- and appears to have oxidized accordingly.   Just like with old coins -- it's often best not to clean such pieces, as it may devalue them.  A collector will know how best…"
