A group for the lovers of vintage barkcloth and barkcloth era fabric from the 1920's -1950's. A romance with textiles Please come and share your photos and creations
I have always been facinated by all types of textiles. Some of my fondest early memories are of sifting through my Mothers cedar chest full of quilt tops, handemade slips and fabrics left over from her projects. If I had to choose I would say that vintage barkcloth is my greatest passion among textiles. I have recently opened a small booth as an outlet for my textile passion. I am hoping to gain a lot of information from more more knowlegeable members of this site.

Hi Lisa! It's been very hectic for me lately with work, taking pets to the vet, etc., etc., so I hope things settle down a bit!

Hi Lisa, I am catching up on email and just read your message from the Barkcloth group. Where is your selling site? You should post it on your page here at IAO, so people can take a look. I know a great barkcloth reference site if you're interested. Take care, Diane Mc :O)
