- Here is my thought process: I have an antique mall with 38 dealers. My customers ask for something that is not in the store, so I keep a list of these requests. Every 2 weeks, or whenever I have about ten items on my list, I send out an email to my 38 dealers telling them what people have asked for. My customers love it when they get what they asked for! So I think that I antique online is a great resource for all of us, if we would all send out an email to this group membership with our want lists. If you have it and my customer wants it, I can put my customer in touch with you, or help my customer buy from you online. I see this as a win win win situation. My customer is happy, you made a sale, and I get customer loyalty. What do you think?
