How Did You Hear About "I Antique Online"?
About Me
I am a Property Master for Film, TV, and Theatre by trade, recently celebrating over 20 years making, designing, and finding props for the stage and screens big & small. Currently, I am the on set, Assistant Property Master for the TV show GRIMM on NBC which shoots episodes in Portland, Oregon.

Combining my love of history with a passion for the objects/ephemera of our daily lives, I love the hunt for oddities of our collective past at estate sales, thrift stores, fleas, and antiques shops.

I also dabble as a found object sculptor, creating new, decorative and functional works from the discards of others & natural found objects such as feathers and bones. I am a member in absentia of the Philly Dumpster Divers (a social organization of professional, found object artists.
While in Philly, I founded the Please Take M.E. (Materials Exchange) a place where artists and others could bring unwanted items and exchange them for credits to buy other members' materials. The membership was made up of a core group of 50 artists as well as teachers, crafters, & non-profit arts organizations.

Throughout, I have perpetuated my passion for finding old things & managed to gather a large collection of ephemera (papers, postcards, photos, advertising, letters), as well as old books, & other vintage and antique objects. Some of these I use in my work as props for actors, & others in my found object art pieces. The majority of the collection is paper goods which I am currently scanning and making available for sale.

I am well versed in all sorts of paper ephemera including: advertising; matchbooks; post cards; calling cards; cartography (maps); trade cards; postal; and more.

Please feel free to contact me if you are searching for Ephemera in a certain theme or simply have questions about collecting paper.
