identify my doll plz

my brother gave me this doll that him and his wife inherited when my mom passed away and there are no tags or artist stamp on it. I think the head, arms and chest is wood, the rest is cloth. He didnt take proper care of it, the hair is coming out of its braid and paint is chipping from her eyes and neck. The dress is stain and has a few holes in it. I dont know if at on time she had a necklace or the collar of the dress was glued to the neck. She reminds me of the ragtime era. Can I have it…See More

identify my doll

My brother inherited this doll from my mom when she passed and he recently gave it to me. He didn't take care of it at all. The hair is unbridled and paint coming off her eye. The dress is tearing and she is either missing a necklace or the dress collar was glued to her neck. My question is can I have it restored or should I have it restored? Can you date it and tell me the maker cause I can't find any tags or signatures. And what is the value? The face, chest and arms are made of wood the rest…See More

"Could be the "ERM" of GERMANY, so MADE IN GERMANY? Scene of frankfurt would support that and lots of steins made there. Looks pretty old, but stamp indicates most likely 1919 or shortly after."
