Hi, This is a Carnival Doll. These dolls were made by different companies . This is a very nice one .I love the outfit. There is a book on Carnival Chalkware. Most of these dolls will be listed with toys. I hope I help you Mariam
I found this chalkware doll in an antique shop. Her dress and hat is original and very tattered. She has a mark on the back of the base, "Mitzi So. Doll".
