"I am pretty sure they will ask for a clearer picture of the signature it that is possible.  Even when you zoom in to look, it is rather blurry."

"CORRECTION:  Not "Wallis", is "Wilkinson", founded 1832 in London. "Pelican Works". Grandsons sold business in 1932."

"TW is Thomas Wallis, London, early 1700s. Bird is a Pelican. No. 1653 is inventory number, No. 5 may be smith who made it.  It is silver plated, not pewter."

hi all, I got this from the boot today. I bought it because I loved the design. But not sure about it’s age. Can anyone throw light on it. I think the bird is a swan, which would make it American (maybe) also on the base is TW below this is a little indentation/ dot. Then 16535. Thankyou for any help you can give.See More

Orion jwalk portable cassette player

I bought this new in the 70’s I refound it while going through some boxes. I can’t seem to find anything about it there’s lots of info on Sony. I did look on wiki but not much mention of these players. It even has a talk line which was pretty cool in the day. It has a metal case with a plastic cover. Hopefully the pictures will give anyone the information they need. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"  If you can take a photo of the hallmarks that alone would likely provide more information about the type of metal and possibly the maker."
