About Me
Married, 2 children, recent empty nester and work fulltime in an office as a manager of a small clerical staff. Been buying and selling jewelry about 18 years. I sell new sterling silver at shows - a tiny bit online. But my passion is vintage and I am trying to learn as much as I can - but there is always more to learn. My favorite part is buying! I recently opened another shop on Etsy for the general vintage items I pick up on treasure hunts. Seems to be a lot of ephemera, some Christmas, a few clothes, a potluck if you will!

...used to buy all my vintage in Texas - back in the good ole days when there WERE antique shops - lots of! Downtown San Antonio, how wonderful were all those emporiums stocked to the ceiling with silver and jewelry - all gone. Wonderful Austin with its huge barns filled with glorious ole stuff.....Roundtop market - an el dorado of jools and stuff to drool over. All gone. The internet has taken over! It of course has its wonderful aspects - see this site! BUT jewelry is such a touchy-feely item, it is not the same buying via a monitor! Nice to meet you!
