"I found it! I found this piece listed in John Walk's "Fenton Special Orders 1940-1980", 2003 edition, page 167. It was made for the A.L. Randall company sometime in the 1950's/1960's."

"Fenton did make some black milk glass hobnail but the only pieces i have seen have been marked I am not sure they had any unmarked "
