Wow, it's like the carnival is in town... I mean, there is a lot going on all at the same time. It's hard to pin down exactly what you have in just these few photos.

I've searched around and the best I could come up with is that the piece is made by L.E. Smith Glass. It's from their heritage collection. They have a 7 inch bowl Item #1515. I could not find and pinwheel and buttons pattern anywhere.
