Can anyone give me some history on this finish?

AND THE WINNER IS......drum roll........Vicki. Actually the mark is Balleroy-Freres, B&Cie, wavy line. (Says it's often confused with B&Co). Circa 1908-1937.
Now then a pattern name would really be appreciated.

Hi Tom,. I don't think the mark you have is Bernardaud. The mark you show here belongs to H.A. Balleroy France. Limoges - which is a town, not a company name. Dates given for this mark are 1908 - 1937. I would also place your pattern in this time ...
