"Material I assume is Plastic?  With the base cut in half it looks like it could be wall mounted. The removal cup and a place for 1 toothbrush I assume. I saw nothing for Crown Toy Company Possibly UK Possibly A bell hop or Cracker Jack"

"To my untrained eyes, this is new and painted to look old. The wear marks look contrived and the carving remedial. Of course I am the guy that would unknowingly sit on the worlds biggest gold nugget panning for gold. Good luck"
