Help with identification and value of this unusual crock.

I recently purchased this unusual crock from an elderly lady who could not give me any help identifying it. It has no surface glaze on either the inside or outside. It stands about 14 1/2" high and has a mouth opening of about 7 1/4" wide. The unique decoration is cut into the outside walls and then a blue color has been applied. A seam runs down the side of the crock at one point. See photo.  There is no manufacturers identification on it anywhere. Can anyone help me with this item?…See More

Hoosier Measuring Pitcher. Need help identifying.

Has anyone seen a Hoosier Measuring pitcher like this? It is fairly large bring 2 quart in size. It has "Hoosier" on the top outside edge heavily embossed. It also has "The Hoosier Kitchen Cabinet Save Steps" embossed on the bottom along with measuring marks on the side from 4 ounces to 2 quarts. It is made from clear glass. I have never seen one of these in my 50 years of collecting. I immediately thought it might be a recent reproduction but I have not seen another since purchasing this one.…See More

Hoosier Measuring Pitcher. Need help identifying.

We are antique dealers and recently purchased this measuring pitcher from another dealer in a mall. I have tried to research it and have not been able to find any measuring pitchers like this. It is large, 2 quarts, and of clear glass. It has HOOSIER heavily embossed along the top outside edge and the "The Hoosier Kitchen Cabinet Saves Steps" embossed on the bottom.  Side markings include measurement lines for 4 ounces thru 2 quarts. Could it be that this pitcher was a premium given out to…See More
