Like Victorian/Edwardian style furniture and clothing. Collect antiques that apply to dolls (but not dolls), weaving looms and equipment, crocks, art supplies, artwork. Collect some cemetery related artwork/collectables. Some books. Embroidered linens, antique lines, old quilts, too, often for the purpose of upcycling into new dolls and clothing.
