"I think 19th c but not the 1st quarter of it. Maybe 1850-70s. I have a rope bed that's 1810-20s with similar construction but with more rustic hardware and hand hewing."

"I have more photos if anyone thinks it will help . the side rails are hewn by hand for sure and the side rails also attach  to the bed with hand carved dowels as well as the iron spike with threads."

Hello everyone. I need some help here. I am helping an older woman sell some of the many vintage and antique items that she brought to Texas when she moved here many years ago.
